RISE Mortgages is a Montreal-based mortgage broker team operating under Mortgage Architects. As licensed mortgage professionals, we work with over 28 lenders — banks, credit unions, virtual lenders, and alternative lenders — giving you access to options your own bank will never show you. We help buyers, homeowners, and investors across Greater Montreal and the surrounding areas, and we keep the process simple: clear answers, clean files, and a mortgage that actually makes financial sense.
